During the week of September 17 through September 24, 2018, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has received and answered 123 Calls for Service. During that same time frame, we have arrested and booked 21 individuals into the Douglas County Jail, with 21 being incarcerated.
On September 24, 2018, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call in the Squires area for a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Sheriff Degase made contact with 39 year old Raymond Swarer, of Reed Springs. Swarer was booked into the jail on Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute
