The Highway Patrol reports that 36-year-old Laura Hughes suffered minor injuries when she tried to pass a pickup driven by 38-year-old James Bradshaw of Licking who was attempting to make a left turn. Hughes was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on Highway 32, two miles east of Licking.
