46-year-old Jason Morgan was arrested last week and has been charged with felony second-degree kidnapping, felony stealing, and felony third-degree assault. A woman told authorities that Morgan had picked her up at work to take her to the bank to make a deposit, but he refused to stop at the bank and that he headbutted her and screamed at her. He allegedly told her not to call law enforcement or he would burn down her house. He then got out and walked away and she called the police. Morgan is being held in Texas County with a bond set at $3,500.
