An Independence County couple have been arrested authorities were called to a home for a domestic dispute. 26 year old Stephen Anthony Smith and 41 Jennifer Hartness were both arrested after officers found a rifle in the home and since both Smith and Hartness are felons, they were charged with possession of firearms by certain person. Bond for Smith was set at $7,500 and Hartness at $5,000.
