Missouri, Arkansas, Missouri State & Arkansas State Football teams all lost on Saturday

COLUMBIA, Mo. — Jayden Daniels shredded the Missouri defense with his arm and legs Saturday, rallying LSU from a big early deficit, and none of that should have been surprising given the way the quarterback has played this season.

Brady Cook threw for 411 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions for Missouri (5-1, 1-1). Luther Burden III caught 11 passes for 149 yards, and Cody Schrader ran for 114 yards and three scores.

Missouri will be at Kentucky this Saturday night.

 

OXFORD, Miss. — Ulysses Bentley IV scored the go-ahead touchdown with 7:49 remaining as No. 16 Mississippi put together two consecutive fourth-quarter scoring drives to rally to beat Arkansas 27-20 on Saturday night.

K.J. Jefferson led Arkansas (2-4, 0-3) with 25 of 39 passing for 252 yards, including touchdown passes of 3 and 17 yards to Ty Washington, who finished with seven receptions for 90 yards.

Arkansas goes to #11 Alabama on Saturday

 

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.  — Cam Miller completed 16 of 20 passes for 256 yards and two touchdowns and added a rushing touchdown to lead North Dakota State to a 38-10 win over Missouri State on Saturday.

Missouri State, which had four turnovers, finished with351 total yards.

The Bears are at Western Illinois this Saturday.

 

TROY, Ala. (10/7/23) – On Saturday afternoon at Veterans Memorial Stadium, the Arkansas State football team dropped a 37-3 decision at Troy.

The Red Wolves (3-3, 1-1 SBC) were limited to just 203 yards of total offense, while the Trojans (4-2, 2-1) racked up 587 yards – 351 on the ground.

The Red Wolves host Coastal Carolina this Saturday.
