The Highway Patrol reports that 56-year-old Donna Lee suffered minor injuries when a car driven by 65-year-old Debbie Dickens of West Plains, hit a deer in the roadway. The accident happened on RT CC, four miles west of West Plains. Lee was taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
