38-year-old Joshua Ryan Owen was arrested Saturday evening after allegedly assaulting a woman and two children. He was charged with three counts of battery, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, and resisting arrest. He was set free on bond Sunday morning and then arrested again Sunday morning after he was discovered in the backyard of the victims. Owens was arrested for violating a no-contact order. He was released again later that morning on bond.
