According to reports Leigh Blackman allegedly shot Michael Victor on Sunday, north of Yellville. Authorities believe that Blackmon may be traveling on a motorcycle or a Gold Colored Nissan Rogue. They also believe he is armed. Victor was taken to the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock. No motive has been given for the shooting. Anyone who sees Blackmon should contact law enforcement.
