A man from Bakersfield was injured in an accident in Baxter County Sunday. The Sheriff’s office reports that 51 year old Randy Fowler was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center after the accident. They say Fowler failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of highway 178 and highway 5, and drove across the highway into a ditch and rolled the vehicle he was driving. Fowler allegedly told authorities the accelerator stuck and he was unable to stop.
