The Highway Patrol reports that 18-year-old Carley Collins suffered serious injuries and a 17-year-old male suffered minor injuries when Collins drove off the road and overturned the truck she was driving. Collins was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on State Route BB, one mile north of U.S. 160 in West Plains.
