A man from Gainesville has been arrested on charges of Domestic assault, and trying to bribe an officer. 33 year old Anthony Scott Collins was arrested in West Plains. He is charged with second degree domestic assault, and tampering after allegedly twisting his girlfriends arm, and taking her keys and driving off in her vehicle. When questioned by an officer, he allegedly admitted to taking her keys and driving around the parking lot but said he did not assault her. Collins then allegedly offered the officer drugs to not take him to jail. Collins bond was set at $4,500.
