On November 17th the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office and the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force executed a search warrant. Upon executing the warrant, investigators observed several stolen items that matched the description of items that had been reported stolen. The stolen items are connected to an ongoing investigation. Once the items were seen the Sheriff’s Office obtained an additional search warrant. several items worth several thousand dollars were located and seized as a result of the search warrant. At this time the Sheriff’s Office will not identify any of the items recovered to protect the integrity of the investigation, however if you believe some of your items may have been located, they encourage you to contact the Sheriff’s Office
