50-year-old Tina Marie Hamby was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI, driving while license suspended, tampering with an ignition interlock, refusal of a blood alcohol test, and open container in a vehicle. She was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and bail was set at $3,865
