22-year-old Emily Hayes was arrested on charges of felony third-degree assault, first-degree property damage, and resisting arrest for a felony and misdemeanor second-degree property damage. According to reports, Hayes allegedly beat a man while he was sleeping, then spit on another man and grabbed him by the hair, damaging a cell phone by knocking it on the concrete floor.
