The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force are reporting several arrests. Officers conducted a narcotics investigation and as a result, 61-year-old Joe Glaser, 41-year-old Joshua Strauser, 45-year-old Dustin Dougherty, and 45-year-old Anthony Washam were arrested. Glaser was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises and he is charged as a habitual offender. His bond was set at $30,000. Strauser is charged with delivery of a Schedule III controlled substance. His bond was set at $10,000. Daugherty was charged with delivery of controlled substance meth, maintaining a drug premises, and he is also charged as a habitual offender. The bond was set at $30,000. Washam was charged with delivery of a controlled substance-meth, and maintaining a drug premises. Washam’s bond was set at $20,000. They were arrested after a series of controlled buys.
