The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a West Plains man, Tuesday, on felony charges. 34 year old Daniel French was arrested for felony leaving the scene of an accident, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and driving while suspended. French was taken to Howell County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
