Three Men Arrested On Drug Charges In Baxter County

The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of three people on drug charges. The Sheriff’s department along with the 14th Judicial Drug Task Force and the Mountain Home Police Department served a search warrant at a residence on county road 27. As a  result they arrested 40 year old Walter Waylon Pittaway for felony possession of meth with the purpose to deliver, and 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, His bond was set at $15,000. Also arrested was 61 year old Walter Patrick Pettiway of Mountain Home he faces the same charges plus a charge of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. His bond was set at $20,000. 45 year old Frank Elmer McElyea of Mountain Home was arrested on the same charges as well as possession of a firearm by certain persons. His bond was set at $25,000. All three will be in court on March 7th.
