A Birch Tree man who was set to have a bond reduction hearing Wednesday in Shannon County now faces new charges. 47 year old Kevin Lee Miller was charged in January with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, and possession of a weapon and controlled substance. A new warrant has now been issued for possession of a controlled substance. Miller also faces drug charges in Howell County.
