A man from Licking was arrested after a high-speed chase. 26-year-old Brandon Giller allegedly fled from police, reaching speeds of up to 86 mph in a 35-mph zone, then 115 mph on highway 137. Giller is charged with second degree assault-special victim and resisting arrest by fleeing. His bond was set at $500,000
