A Birch Tree man who is charged with a total of 106 counts of felony statutory sodomy and statutory rape, has requested a change of judge. The Motion was granted by Judge Harvey Allen. 69 year old Donald Eugene Norris was first charged in September of 2016. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He is out of jail on $325,000 bond with the condition of house restriction and no contact with the victims.
