Two Howell County residents have been arrested on drugs and weapons charges. 61 year old Samuel Dee Shelton and 43 year old Crystal Dawn Shelton were both arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance and weapons. Both were released on $5,000 bond each.
