The West Plains School District Board of Education approved a $3.9 million contract for facility renovation and energy savings performance with St. Louis based Control, Technologies, and Solutions (CTS) Group. The extensive improvement project, which is set to be completed before school resumes in August 2019, will provide safer and improved learning environments while producing almost $46,000 in annual energy savings.
The district-wide improvements will eradicate the current water damage that has compromised structural soundness in several areas in multiple buildings.
