Three West Plains residents were injured in a one vehicle accident this morning south of West Plains. The Highway Patrol reports that 32 year old Todd Cason, 49 year old Oscar Caughron and 47 year old Tracey Caughron all suffered minor injuries when Tracey Caughron swerved to miss a deer and drove off the road and hit a tree. The accident happened around 1:15 this morning on county road 8870 about 9 miles south of West Plains. All three were taken to Ozarks Medical Center.
