A woman from Mountain Grove suffered serious injuries in an accident Tuesday evening west of Mansfield. 48 year old Lisa Green was injured when she drove off the road and overturned the vehicle she was driving. Green was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She is also charged with driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash and no seat belt. The accident happened on U.S 60 about 6 miles west of Mansfield.
