The Howell County Sheriff’s Department is reporting several felony arrests last week. 39 year old Scott Lee Cowens of West Plains was arrested for stealing a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and driving without a license. He was released on $20,000 bail. 30 year old Danny Ray Wilcox of Alton was arrested for third degree domestic assault and stealing $750 or more. His bail was set at $25,000. 21 year old Stormy Dawn Burris and 33 year old Carrie Jo Brown were both charged with stealing $25,000 or more. They were released on $5,000 bail.
