Charges have now been filed against a West Plains man accused of exposing himself to girls in September. 23-year-old Daman James Barnett is charged with sexual misconduct involving a child younger than 15 and two counts of enticement or attempt of a child younger than 15 years old. The incidents involved a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old.
