A Houston Missouri Man was arrested on felony charges in webster County Monday. 39-year-old Zachariah Barbe was arrested by the Highway Patrol for felony tampering with a motor vehicle, no valid operator’s license, possession/display plays of another, no insurance, a Wright County warrant for child support a Texas County warrant for probation violation dangerous drugs. He was taken to Webster County ail and was being held without bond.
