
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting arrests from Thursday.
According to the Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Jamie Carter of Marshfield Missouri is being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was put on a 24-hour hold at the Wright County Jail.
27-year-old Ronald Sobanek of Douglass, Kansas is facing charges of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, and no seatbelt. Sobanek was involved in an accident where his vehicle ran off the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned. He was transported to Cox South in Springfield due to his injuries.
33-year-old Jessica Mitzel was arrested by the Highway Patrol and is being charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and no financial proof. She was taken to the Texas County Jail where she was later released.
33-year-old Joshua Hergesheimer of Birch Tree is being charged for a felony Howell county warrant for possession of a controlled substance, Howell county warrant for driving while revoked (two counts), Howell county warrant for nonsupport, Ozark county warrant for no valid license, Ozark county warrant for no seatbelt. Hergesheimer was taken to the Howell county jail and is being held on bond.
34-year-old Amanda Maggard of Thomasville was arrested for an Ozark county warrant for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and an Ozark county warrant for no seatbelt. Maggard was taken to the Howell county jail and is now being held on bond.
