An accident in Texas County sent a man from Summersville to the hospital with moderate injuries.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 35-year-old Jeremy Shelton was driving a 2000 Peterbilt tractor down Highway 17 approximately 5 miles north of Mountain View, MO when the driver fell asleep at the wheel, traveled off the left side of the roadway, and overturned.
Shelton was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
