An accident in Shannon County sent one to the hospital according to crash reports.
The crash occurred on Highway 60, 8 miles east of Mountain View, MO when a 2015 Ford Explorer driven by 27-year-old Trenton Roberts of Mountain View, MO was in pursuit of a 2003 Dodge Neon driven by 32-year-old Gary Gastineau of Summersville, MO when Gastineau slowed abruptly causing Roberts to strike the vehicle.
Both vehicles left the roadway.
32-year-old Gary Gastineau was taken by AirEvac to Cox South in Springfield, MO for treatment of his injuries.
