A man from Mountain Home pled guilty to charges in three criminal cases last week.

According to multiple court documents, 32-year-old Stephan Whaples’ charges date back to last year.

His first case was sentenced to a drug program in the state to undergo addiction treatment and will face ten years of probation for that charge.

Other open cases include stealing ATVs to sell, which include a Honda Pioneer side by side and a Suzuki Kingquad.

Both of the vehicles were reported to be hotwired and were found hidden in the woods.

Whaples has also been known for fleeing from police, being the suspect of four different hunts between 2011-2012.

Since his arrest last year, Whaples has been held in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
