The Thayer City Council met on Tuesday evening at City Hall.
Brent Collins was re-appointed to the Clerk position for the city, also re-appointed included City Attorney Justin Nelson, Chief of Police Daryl Childers, and Fire Chief/EMA Director Mark Arnold.
After April’s municipal election in Missouri, Mark Bryant won the Alderman 1 position.
He and Ward 2 Alderman Janice Tolar were sworn in and appointed to the council at last night’s meeting.
Other business included discussing improvements to the tennis and basketball courts near the industrial park.
