A man from Midway Arkansas was arrested early this morning on felony charges. 42-year-old Louis Richard Nunez is charged with felony fleeing, felony theft by receiving, reckless driving, several traffic violations, and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Baxter County detention Center and his Bond was set at $20,000
A Mountain Home man faces several charges after his arrest Tuesday night. 55-year-old Arthur Ray Downs was arrested for two counts of delivery of meth or cocaine and is also being held for a parole violation for other agencies. His bond was set at $20,000.
