37-year-old Matthew McDaniel was arrested for speeding, resisting arrest, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding a siren and displaying red and blue lights, and failure to obey the reasonable direction of a Highway Patrolman. He was taken to the Douglas County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
