60-year-old Gregory Kinkade allegedly threatened his family with a pistol and shot his brother’s car. Kinkade turned himself in and allegedly admitted that he had shot the car up to 15 times in rage. Kinkade was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, domestic assault, and property damage, all felonies. His bond was set at $5,000
