A man from Baxter County has been arrested for allegedly renting a car, reporting it stolen, and trying to trade it. 29-year-old Dale Louis Groth reportedly told the victim that he owned the vehicle, but there was damage to it and it had a salvage title. When the victim then attempted to register the vehicle in Mountain Home and discovered it had been entered as stolen out of Monette, Mo. Groth was arrested, then released on a $20,000 bond.
