64-year-old Terry Long was arrested after the Sharp County Sheriff’s office received a report from the Arkansas Crimes Against Children Unit that he had been sexually assaulting a child. Long is charged with grooming and raping the child. He is being held in the Sharp County Jail. Long’s bond has been set at $1 million cash or pro with 10 percent cash down. Additional charges are expected in the case.
