The Highway Patrol reports that 29-year-old Hayle Ritchey suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and overturned the car she was driving. Ritchey was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She also faces charges for DWI, driving while revoked, no insurance, failure to display plates, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. The accident happened on Highway 142 East, two miles north of Highway 142
