Jerry Parks was arrested last Thursday (April 11). On March 26th he allegedly shared meth with the woman and she passed out, when she woke up Parks was having sex with her, and she said she could not physically move or speak and did not give consent. She told authorities that she believed there was something else in the drug. A search warrant was executed at Parks’ residence, where deputies found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. During questioning, Parks at first said the sex was consensual, but later admitted the victim was incapacitated and had not consented. Parks is facing felony charges of rape and possession of a controlled substance along with a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Ozark County Jail without bond.
