Ryan James Lindsey of Norfork already faces the death penalty for his alleged involvement in the murder of Cody Stradford in 2020. He has since picked up multiple charges from incidents in the Baxter County Detention Center. Lindsey now faces charges including 2 counts of possession of a weapon by an incarcerated person, first-degree criminal mischief, and 2 counts of impairing the operation of a vital public facility.
