The Captain of the “Ride the Ducks” boat that sank in July of 2018 in Table Rock Lake killing 17 people has asked the judge to dismiss the case. Kenneth McKee is charged with 17 counts of involuntary manslaughter and 12 counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Authorities say Ride the Ducks had plenty of warning about the severe weather, but the boat launched more than 20 minutes after a thunderstorm warning was issued.
