The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man from Alton on an Iowa warrant. 65-year-old Roy Gene Rudd was arrested on Tuesday on a Dubuque County, Iowa, warrant for second-degree theft. He is being held in Thayer jail with a bond set at $10,000 cash only.
