On Monday, deputies with the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with an individual identified as Jacob Martin, who appeared to be intoxicated. Following an on-scene investigation, Martin was taken into custody without further incident.
Martin has been formally charged with felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon,
Bond has been set at $5,000.00 cash or corporate surety. Conditions of the bond include: No possession of firearms and no consumption of alcohol or other mind-altering substances
