40-year-old Justin Ball was arrested after a citizen reported returning home and finding Ball in his home, performing a sexual act. Authorities say that Ball was under the influence. Ball admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day. The investigation revealed that Ball had broken a doorknob to enter the residence. Ball was placed on a 24 hr. hold at the Douglas County Jail. A warrant was issued for Ball for Burglary 1st degree and sexual misconduct, resulting in a NO BOND warrant being issued.
