59-year-old Rodney Brabon and 39-year-old Chad Douglas were both arrested and are charged with possession of a schedule 4 or 5 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of meth or cocaine with the purpose to deliver, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony possession of a firearm by certain persons. Both are also charged as habitual offenders. Bond was set at $15,000 each.
