A Stone County Arkansas man has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a minor. 46 year old Lloyd Stair is charged with 8 counts of felony rape, Stair’s Wife, 34 year old Stephanie Stair has been charged with 8 counts of permitting abuse of a minor. Stone County authorities were assisted in the arrest by the Arkansas Crimes Against Children Division and the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division.
