37-year-old Manfredo Santizo-Lopez was arrested Monday after authorities were called to a grass fire at the Center. Security Camera Footage from a nearby business allegedly showed Lopez throwing a Molotov cocktail at the center. This is the second time an incident like this has occurred at the Center. Lopez is charged with arson, and a bond was set at $30,000. Lopez allegedly told authorities that he didn’t want to hurt anyone, but he believed that people at the Center were using the speakers to aggravate and spy on him.
