Governor Asa Hutchinson announced the appointment of Philip Tappan to serve a 7-year term.
Hutchinson supporting his appointee saying Tappan’s leadership and public service record made this an easy decision.
Tappan is a fourth-generation Arkansan and was raised in the Mississippi Delta region of the state and that hunting and fishing were part of his daily life.
