Missouri State Highway Patrol reports arrests from Monday

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a Licking, MO from Monday. 

According to the Highway Patrol, 44-year-old Stephan Horvath is facing charges of misdemeanor DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and no seatbelt.

Horvath was cited and released. 

 

An arrest in Ozark County led to a drug arrest according to arrest records. 

42-year-old Zebulan Jones of Forsyth, MO is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended. 

Jones was taken to the Ozark County Jail and was released on a 12-hour hold.
