The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting an arrest in Carter County.
Arrest records state that 59-year-old Frederick Lawson of Holts Summit, MO is facing charges of felony DWI – chronic offender, and failure to stop on the far right half of the roadway.
Lawson was cited and released on the scene.
